Cookie Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies this website uses, what each one does, and how you can change your choice at any time. Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Some are needed for the site to work; others are optional and only set with your consent.
How your choice works
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept optional cookies. Required cookies are always set because the site cannot work without them. Analytics cookies stay off until you accept, and Google Analytics runs with consent mode set to denied until then. Your choice is saved in your browser and applies on later visits.
Cookies we use
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cookie choice | SYKRAS PROPERTIES | Remembers whether you accepted or declined optional cookies so we don't ask again. | Until you clear your browser storage | Strictly necessary |
| Saved properties | SYKRAS PROPERTIES | Remembers listings you marked as favorites so they stay saved between visits. | Until you clear your browser storage | Preferences |
| Sign-in session | Base44 (website platform) | Keeps you signed in when you access account or admin areas. Set only after you log in. | Session / short-term token | Strictly necessary |
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors so we can count visits and see which pages are used. Set only if you accept analytics cookies. | Up to 2 years | Analytics |
| _ga_* | Google Analytics | Keeps the state of your analytics session, including page views and session length. Set only if you accept analytics cookies. | Up to 2 years | Analytics |
Analytics
If you accept optional cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — for example which listings are viewed most and how long people stay. Google may process this data on servers outside Ohio. We enable IP anonymization. You can read more in Google's Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block required cookies, parts of the site — such as signing in — may stop working. Clearing your browser storage also clears your saved cookie choice, and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
